Sales person was new but did the best she could- 5 stars. Finance, rush you through process and did not fully disclose the changes other than the added warranty package was cheaper than previously priced- 3 stars. Dealership online pricing is deceptive. They state significant savings from MSRP that includes freight/ship charges, then state 11K discount online which has freight/ship charges subtracted off (which really isn’t a discount) and put in very small font that discounted price does not include the $$$$ freight/ship charges. Very deceptive and I question legality of it. The overall price for the truck was as good as I could find. The deceptive mathematics they use in their advertising is something to watch out for.

My service advisor, Michael, was the best! I had an inquiry about my car and he took the time to check everything and even test drive it. I then had to get a new battery and was lucky enough to reach Michael again and he got me in and out before I could get settled in the waiting room! He was very patient and personable. Great service! Good customer service and nice waiting area. I've had my car serviced there several times. It's a tad on the expensive side, but I always get an appointment when I need it. They are convenient and they also have a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is being worked on.
