Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 & found one online @ Car Gurus. I drove a hr to see the vehicle, from GB Md to Waldorf Md. My salesman was Daryl, He was great. Very friendly, also was the Finance Manager. Everyone was very helpful. I ended up buying the RAV4. I love it. I’ve had my original car (Toyota Camry) for 22yrs. I kept it , I couldn’t bare to trade it in. But again they were so nice , they detailed my Rav4 & filled up the tank. It was worth the drive.

I had an amazing experience with Academy Ford, especially Jackie and Mike! 3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

I stopped by last week to buy a car as the recent snow storm totaled my car unfortunately. nonetheless Eli helped me get approved and even arranged a ride for me. when I arrived they detailed and gassed up to. very pleased!
