Through the entire process, Brooke was attentive to every detail, seeking our reactions and carrying on pleasant social exchanges, all without a hint of "salesman" attitude. Her flexibility was amazing: the day of closing, my wife had an appointment in a nearby city. It never occurred to us that she would be needed to sign paperwork. Brooke handled all this with grace, going ahead with what could be done, then staying engaged until my wife could return. All without the slightest impatience. Bidleman Ford review
As a 50 something woman, buying a car is my least favorite thing to buy--and I LOVE to shop! I was looking for a specific car in my local region and when I couldn't find one, I broadened my search. That's when I found Bidleman Ford. I initially clicked on the "is this car available" tab and by the next day a salesman reached out to me via email to say it was. He wanted to know when I was able to come in for a test drive but I explained that I was almost 3 hours away and was there a way to buy it online. Bidleman had enough pictures online that I was confident that the car I was looking at was clean and free of imperfections. So...we started the process on Friday am. Many many back and forth questions via email and Noah Palumbo was always right on top of them, answering within minutes! He was able to get me the price I wanted for the car and he also delivered it to my door on Monday afternoon. I have to give a shout out to Jeremy in the finance department as well...he answered all my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he got back to me with it. I would highly recommend Bidleman Ford and Noah Palumbo. They made buying a car totally online, sight unseen a lot less scarier than I thought it would be!!! I would take my business to Bidleman again and again! Thanks everyone!!! I love my car!!!
