I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

After extensive searching I found a truck at summit auto center that matched my needs. After deciding to buy the truck, the whole process was actually easier than some local deals I have made. The condition of the truck is outstanding! At 6 years old it is in a condition that one would expect of a 1 to 2 year old unit. I am very pleased with the deal. This is a great new generation of a van. Much better gas mileage, way more comfortable, and a lot of fun to drive. I hope Ford keeps investing in this design,

I bought my second truck in 4 years from Bose. The first was a champ. It did all I asked of it and remained reliable the entire time I owned it. I needed more weight and tow capacity and ended up back at Bose. Same great experience as the first time. The sales staff was helpful, open and directly answered my questions. I never experienced any evasion from them or doubt that they are being truthful. Their assistance with financing was great. It's been three months and after a few maintenance stops and a new set of tires, I'm very happy with this truck. Understand you're buying used and plan accordingly. If you want perfect, buy new. Although that's no guarantee either. Good, solid vehicles at a decent price. I absolutely will return to Bose should I be in the market for another vehicle. Incidentally, the first truck is still in the family being a reliable hauler. Can't beat that!

I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.

While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. The techs at Napleton jumped on our issue right away and worked hard to help a family stranded on the road. We were back up and running in just a few days. Thank you Napleton Ford!!

Spacious,reliable, comfortable. A real conversation piece. Wide aisles allow passengers to move about easily. Tall ceiling allows for easy loading of car seats. Ecoboost give the vehicle a lot of get up and go.

Richard was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with questions I had regarding the many beautiful luxury sedans I had been inquiring about. He went above and beyond with his time, was very respectful and easy to talk to. For that I'm giving HIM 5 stars! He made us feel like family. It was an overall positive experience with him. Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!
