We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. The company I do recommend. Al Estone is competent and very good. I bought a Ford Mustang 22 new car from him. Never tried to oversell and was attentive to my needs. Chris the Finance Manager was extremely knowledgeable about his product and was also very nice. Would recommend Al to anyone. I would also recommend Vista to anyone. Al gave me a card of his 6 months ago, and I came back to him. The follow through was also very good at Vista.
