A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

He was very helpful, located the car I was interested, and pulled it up promptly. They let me take it on an extended drive so i could let the family get a good look at the car. The car was clean, had a full tank and ran exceptionally. After agreeing on a price, i proceeded to process the purchase. Billy offered to drive my new car and follow me home. The purchase went great and i didn?t need a second driver because Billy was so helpful.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

the work done at the dealers was fine as it always has been however my new card from Barclays is a BIG disappointment - tell them to get their act together!

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

I don’t normally give a review, due to it is hard to “WOW” me. But this business and Metz were amazing!!! When you go to most car lots, it’s always the sale pitch and then the running back and forth to the finance dept blah blah.. and you spend so much time there that it’s annoying!!! I ha a dealership lose out on over 100,000 in sales because of that!!! Time flies s money and my time is worth it no t to have to go through that Here was not t the case!! They were easy going, professional and actually fun to talk with! No xx. Told them what I wanted took great care of me and my husband left happy which is rare within it self!! I encourage everyone reading this if looking oking for a car to stop by and see them and see for yourself!!! They might not have what you might be looking for, but I bet money they will do what they can to try to get it for ya!!! I recently traded in my 2015 F150 platinum after owning for 8 years. I bought used with 42k miles on it with the 3.5 ecoboost. I loved the comfort of driving and the style of it. Couldn’t have been a better experience driving it on all the long trips. Unfortunately I settled with the engine instead of waiting for a 5.0 to be available. The problems started with 2 weeks of buying the sunroof broke then at 60k miles with the transmission dying. Turbo lines were leaking fluid costing $4k to fix. Back window track falling on to my daughter’s car seat. Head gasket seal replaced at 100k miles. TPMS failed and never replaced them for $700. Air conditioner had issues here and there after so long Max A/C was like normal fan on high. Other miscellaneous sensors were replaced. Overall I had $26k in service repairs. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty or it would’ve been gone a long time ago. Sadly I got to 150k miles and the sunroof broke again after minimal usage throughout the years. With out a warranty anymore I couldn’t go down this road again.

My only complaint was on the website it showed a rav4 hybrid I was interested in to have heated seats and steering wheel. I drive 2 hrs too the dealership and the vehicle did not have these options in it. They did take 500 bucks off the price for my troubles though

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

Staff is so helpful and they kept my appointment time. All repairs were completed in one appointment. Collin was great at explaining additional repairs I needed.

Lariat model. 3.5 ecoboost engine. Great vehicle. Lots of extras. 4wd works well in OBX sand. I converted from chevy silverado. Ford won me over.

I have a 2019 F-150 XLT and it drives excellent even with a 3.5 V6. The towing is great. I would recommend this truck to anyone.

They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.

This truck is bulletproof. Good ride, good handling more than adequate power, on the noisy side. A great vehicle for work or general driving. Thumbs up

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

One of the best vehicles I've ever owned. The only thing I ever had to do with it is replace a water pump after 151,000 mi well built and great value for the money.

This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.
