my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

I purchased a used 2018 Honda pilot from Imperial Toyota in February. I can honestly say I hate buying cars. Imperial Toyota surprise me. Took their time, sold me a quality vehicle. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with By used Honda, the dealership took care of it right away. I was impressed with the way I’ve been handled. The service team has been exemplary. My oil changes were done in a timely fashion and on schedule. Tom, Fernanda, Soamy, Emily, and the rest of the crew are always in good spirits and make me feel welcome. I’ll continue to have my car serviced at Imperial and I’m fairly certain I’ll buy my next car from there as well

I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I can honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). However, what really made the experience worthwhile and very appreciable was the salesperson Matheus. "Matt" is really a great salesperson. Much different from others I have met and dealt with. Very easy to deal with and no gimmicks. Dave was a great sales. Person in the staff was all very friendly. In and out quickly.

Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

Stoneham ford is a great dealership. I bought my stang from them in 2008 they have been my go to team since then. Oil changes etc.
