Service manager Elliott Heaney did a fantastic job! My 2010 RAV4 had to be towed in for service due to a roadside breakdown on June 5. When I first talked to the service scheduler they said the soonest they could work on it was June 21. Later that day Elliot called me saying they received my vehicle from the tow service. I described the problem and the service date to him. He said he’ll try to at least get diagnostics run on it to see what the problem was. When We talked the next day he revealed the problem and said they’d try to work it into their schedule. Long story short, my RAV4 was repaired and ready for pick up on June 21. Elliotts customer service exceeded my wildest expectations and was second to none!! It was the best auto service experience of my life!! Thanks Elliott!!

I took my Rav4 Hybrid in for a transmission and trans axle fluid change and had the pleasure of Sara Miles as my service coordinator. Even though it was a routine low cost service, I felt she gave me the same attention as someone spending thousands of dollars. It was great communication from start to finish, she hooked me up with a great loaner car, and the final price was a little lower than was originally quoted (of which was 25% lower than Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo). Stephen Lacy was the service technician and he left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off and even honored my request to pull and save me a sample of the old fluid. Even though I live in Kalamazoo, I will drive 30 miles out of my way to Sunshine Toyota for any future needs!

I absolutely hate car shopping. I walked into the dealership with a car already pulled up up on my phone that I wanted to test drive. A young man, fresh on the job, walked up to me and asked if I was working with anybody. I quickly said no, but I want to test drive this car. From then on, with much enthusiasm, Jalin helped me through the whole process start to finish. He was excited, friendly, attentive and took care of both me and my almost 16-year-old daughter as we went through the car buying process together. I was his first sale! He did a great job of easing the process, gathering all the answers to my questions, and even taking care of the things I needed after I left the dealership with my new purchase. I appreciate his honesty, openness, and willing to make everything perfect for me in my new-to-me car! Everyone at the Seelye dealership was very accommodating!
