I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

The sales associates were very friendly and really looked out for my best interest. They wanted to make sure that I was in the right vehicle. My husband & I had been looking for a SUV and saw a Chevy Tahoe at Xtreme on a Sunday afternoon. I had sent a email requesting more information and heard back first thing Monday morning. Our questions were answered and we set up a time to test drive. While we were there we noticed one spot that we asked about. With not hesitation Laura said they could get it into the body shop to be corrected either before we picked it up or they could schedule something later if we wanted to take it home sooner. I was working out of town for work so they ended up getting it into the body shop the next day. While I was out of town I was sent pictures of the body work and we picked it up that weekend! It's the perfect vehicle and the process was seamless! We will definitely be recommending Xtreme to family & friends! :)

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

Outstanding customer service, they went above a beyond what a typical dealership would normally do. After buying my used truck from them I decided to ask if they would take care of an issue that I knew of while buying the car. They could of said no because it's wasnt covered under warranty. They took care of everything and gave me a loaner car while the repairs happened. On top of the customer service they gave me more money for my trade in that I ever thought possible.
