I came in to look at a vehicle I'd seen online. I drove about an hour (I live in Temecula) and expected to be given a song and dance and a huge hassle. I'd communicated with Kevin online prior to coming down. When I arrived they'd had the vehicle sitting in front of the dealership waiting for me. Took it for a drive and loved it. Then expected to have to go back and forth etc. None of the typical haggling that I've come to expect. Had a couple issues with the car right after purchase - they took care of it without any problems. I've been so happy with my purchase that when my son comes home on leave he's told me he wants a new vehicle and I'm directing him to come down here.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Got my repair done when promised. Everything was great as usual. Friendly people and a nice lounge.

After looking on CarGurus, we saw they had a couple of Acura's at a very good deal. We had the opportunity to work with AJ, who help us out with seeing both, answering all our questions and test driving. After we were completely satisfied with the vehicle, we then talked with Pouria who help us get the best deal and even letting us trade in our extremely used older Acura for much more than we expected! We got through the deal and brought it home. After driving a few days, we noticed a noise with one of the wheels. After calling in they transferred us over to Carlos in the service department who asked us to bring it in and took care of the issue within 24hrs. After looking for my car online at cars.com I found the car I wanted at ecars in San Diego. Robert (bob) and Ray were easy to work with and there was NO pressure to buy anything. Unfortunately most sales guys at dealerships use the "what's it gonna take to get you into this vehicle today" approach. Not at ecars I will be back in the future and highly suggest giving them a try at satisfying your needs for a vehicle

First thing you notice when you walk in is the exceptionally clean showroom. The cars were all in Pristine condition. I felt like any car I picked would meet my high standards of cleanliness, and overall perfect condition. Sales staff was very helpful, and courteous as well.

I spoke with Peter a few times on the phone about a certain car on their website. He was fantastic-- very knowledgeable , low pressure and very accommodating. I live about 90 miles from SD so Peter text and emailed me all the info I needed to make a decision on this car. I submitted my financing application online , drove down to test drive the car the next day...LOVED IT...and sat down with Bob, the owner, and within 30 minutes I was on my way...driving away with a new car. The experience was nothing like I've ever experienced in buying a new car- easy, quick and efficient! The car is gorgeous and I got it at a great price. Peter and I are still in communication regarding a few items (extra keys, etc) and he is very responsive and I have faith that he will come through for me! II would highly recommend working with San Diego E-Cars...I can't say enough about their customer service, professionalism, efficiency and... beautiful cars!

If you have a big family or car pool like I do you need this van wow I love my new / used van plenty of room and if you don’t need some seats you can remove them to make room for other things if needed

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.
