My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

It was perfect and I sincerely mean that. In a world today where people really have a choice, good customer service is a must have. It (the service) really went beyond what I expected. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. Great experience! Why waste your time with the big dealerships and sit around for hours! Manuel had me approved online in less then 30 minutes. Easy term financing with a bank, not to mention I didn’t have the best credit. Mike got me approved for the Passat I wanted and Kristi was great with insurance. Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

I bought my first car with them as a teenager and last month, I bought my FOURTH vehicle from here. I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

My wife and I found the perfecr car to replace our 2006 Rav4-Limited, a 2021 Rav4 Adventure. The price was very good and Randall Cook made purchasing the car so easy. He got everything done and had the paperwork sent to a local AuyoNation outlet near us, we signed all the forms and 2 days later they shipped the car to us with TX plates already on it.
