Overall service was okay. An appointment was scheduled for the car to be detailed cleaned, washed and fuel tank filled. The duration was an hour, however the car was not even cleaned from the inside. It was dusty and had finger prints all over. The car was not washed properly either and still had dirt and dust. The appointment was a waste of my time.

This is an updated review from the original I posted a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy to say that it's a positive improvement. The response from the dealership led to a resolution we are extremely satisfied with. We felt heard, and, once we were in contact with the right people,they were nothing but professional when addressing the situation. We will return to this dealership for future Hyundai needs. The 4/5 stars is simply due to the fact that things weren't seamless from the get go. But, they have a 5 star rating from us when it comes to the General Managers view on customer service. Our original issue had to do with the availability of the right trim of the vehicle being available after we had driven from out of town. We did end up buying a car from this dealership once the correct one was available. This is 100% due to their approach to customer service. Top notch.

Even delivered the car to me in Arizona HIMSELF. They did not hassle me with extras, gave me an EXTREMELY fair price on a rare Evo that was just as nice in person as in pictures. I can not thank Jim enough for all the hard work and A customer service experience. Very down to earth, completely straight forward, and puts the customer first..
