Hands down worst experience ever!

Hands down worst experience ever!! Selena in sales very unprofessional does not know what shes talking about. She was too busy flirting with her co worker than explaining anything to me. Do not recommend this place the Owner should seriously look into this chick!

I ordered a vehicle in 2024.

I ordered a vehicle in 2024. Called four times for update over a 6 week period. 15 minute holds and manager never picked. Last call salesman assured me a return call. Never happened. Over 3 months since original order. Contacted So Bay Ford. Order completed within 24 hours. Received verification from Ford Motor the following Day. Bought a 2022 Tremor and my brother a 2024 Super duty Tremor from Poterville. They didn't care.

Porterville Ford dealership is serious about making

Porterville Ford dealership is serious about making customers satisfied. We are a happy customers. The whole team was attentive and personable. Selena was nice but did not know much about Silverado trucks, perhaps because she was only used to Ford.

Got a new 2024 Ford explorer , 600 k and already a noise

Got a new 2024 Ford explorer , 600 k and already a noise in the suspensión other then that runs fine , this car is my daily for work as a peace officer so I’ll be left carless while it getting fix hoping for fast fix! , amazing customer service and great team!

Rave to Rey at Porterville Ford!

Rave to Rey at Porterville Ford! The battery in our car died but was able to get one last start out of it. Driving around and scared to turn the car off, we called and they let us drive right over. Even though it was during their lunch time, they provided and replaced our battery right then and had us back on our way in about a half hour. That's customer service that is hard to find these days. Thank you for that!!

I’ve never been a Ford person.

I’ve never been a Ford person. However after speaking with Rey and his amazing customer service skills were enough to convince me that my next vehicle will be a Ford F150. Thank you so much Rey for your amazing service and time.
