My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

The service was outstanding. I dropped my car off early before they were open and received a call at 8 am letting me know my vehicle was ready. We love service like this in our local Crestview area. This was the most important feature I looked at before purchasing a vehicle. The Service departments ratings and reviews made my decision easier. We are so happy to have a dealer here with great service. 5 Stars!!!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. They continue to look for what I want to buy but are not pushy they keep a watch out for the desires vehicle I'm interested in. Thanks, Lower Brother's.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. We stopped by the dealership today to look at the 2024 Explorer. Gilman was the first person that approached us and showed us several new vehicles. He was very professional and knowledgeable with us. We were just looking but ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Gilman. Everyone in dealership was very nice and helpful. I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. Altogether, from first looking for a car with the sales staff through the final service appointment, I have only the highest regard for Bill Luke Santan.

Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack
