This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! My sales consultant, Tony Favors, was extremely helpful & showed me another used Toyota. Again, it didn't feel right. Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. Tony was attentive, intuitive, thoughtful, patient, thorough & a joy to visit with. His positive (genuinely caring personality) is a tremendous asset to the Covert Team! In fact, there are times that I have returned the next day for service on my 2017 Pathfinder. He actually demonstrates his friendly enthusiasm towards me as as a customer, and he is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the service of my vehicle. Once again, on this visit, the estimated time of delivery, once again the vehicle was ready prior to the time processed. Rafael goes beyond the normal, as he keeps me posted during the service. I am greatly pleased with the top notch customer service that I consistently receive at this business, in particular their “Chuck’s Super Lube” department. Last month, I purchased a set of tires from them because they were the most affordable. (It was a great experience!) And last week, their Express Service Manager, Dan Ray, demonstrated his technical excellence in helping his team to solve my “engine warning light “ problem in a remarkably short time. I was so pleased! I will continue to recommend this dealership whenever the opportunity arises!

This will help our company grow and scale when we need more cars and save money! I worked with Kimble while selling my car. From start to finish, he was honest, patient, and straightforward. He took the time to explain the appraisal process clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured or misled. Even when the situation was a bit complicated due to a recent lien payoff and title timing, he handled everything calmly. What stood out was his integrity. He was transparent about the numbers, respectful of my situation, and clearly cared about doing things the right way rather than just pushing a deal through. It’s is a great minivan that can either be used for a family, work or/both . It has a clean title and is in great condition. I’m selling it because I need to down size .

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

This is the 2nd time I?ve sold a car to AutoNation and they always make it easy and come in higher than the others.
