James was kind and personable and helped us so quickly we were test driving the truck in under 15 minutes of pulling up. We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

This was a great dealership to work with. They were very responsive to inquiries and were very upfront with expectations (including handling fees). The only reason I did not buy is the car I test drove felt really small compared to other test drive experiences. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend working with this dealership in the future

I was incredibly nervous because I'm only 23 and I've heard horror stories about car shopping experiences for women, but they took such great care of me! They answered all my questions and were just genuine and honest with me throughout the process. The manager Chris gave me the validation and confidence I needed to finalize my purchase. Willie was great to work with and made the buying process very efficient. He was also very knowledgeable about the truck and did a nice tutorial to set it up and show me the features. Did the negotiation through email and when I came in to faint the paperwork I was only there for an hour and fifteen minutes total before driving off! The usual upsell of extras during the finance process but they weren?t too pushy about it.
