This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had over the years the salesman (Rahim) that handled my business was polite courteous and went out of his way to make us happy. I never met the manager but they were very accommodating with negotiations. I will go back there in the future.

We wanted to get a newer version of the explorer st. We had the great experience because the salesman Manny. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He treated us like family very nice guy. I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. Despite finance department I was very happy with my shopping experience . Definitely coming back.

The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me.
