Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. Lance, Kali and Joe were all super throughout the whole process. The car was detailed to like new perfection. Lance helped us purchase a warranty with the car and everything came off exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. In One Word "Wonderful"! From "Sir John Jones", who walked me through the process, to the service writer I engaged in a conversation about the truck I purchased, it was a pleasure. Even the finance meeting with AAA Charles was painless. Just Felt like good folks helping an old man through it. Personal attention to the vehicle Technology side of things, showing me how to operate all the Stuff, helped and they delivered the truck to Houston! Way to go, great Team. Weve been Toyota customers for several years but was impressed with the Ford options So we decided to check them out. The salesman Ryan Bloom was helpful but not pressuring and very knowledgeable of the product. While making the purchase, the business office was quick and efficient. We may have spent 15 minutes finalizing the purchase where it took two hours on a previous Toyota purchase. Ryan fully explained the service department and introduced us to the vehicle options and how to set them up. So long as the Escape holds up to our expectations, well return to Mize Ford on our next purchase.

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

If you have a big family or car pool like I do you need this van wow I love my new / used van plenty of room and if you don’t need some seats you can remove them to make room for other things if needed

My husband and I went to the Service Center for an oil change and tire rotation. We immediately were met by Service Adviser Chris Mondolfi. He treated us as if we had been longtime service customers - this was our first visit to the Matthews Import Center’s Service Center. He was polite and made our experience as pleasant as can be. We will definitely return based on our recent customer service received not only with service but with our recent purchase of a certified used Kia Sportage.
