I purchased a vehicle from Gene Gormans, Punta Gorda store last night. The salesman was Mike Gonzales and the Assistant manager was Freddy Fox. I cannot say enough good things about these two Gentleman. They worked with me to give me a fair deal for both the vehicle I bought and my trade! Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

Fun experience on a Friday night. Had to go back to have the vehicle ceramic coated, they comped breakfast at lemans, great food and great company! It’s all they say!

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Not good about returning calls or letting me know if they had time to look at my car. We had to drive over & ask how things were going after hearing nothing for 2 days. Parts had to be ordered because my car is older. The cost was a bit more than I expected, but everything these days is expensive. The office staff was very efficient & friendly. Overall, we would get our repairs there again.
