I originally reached out online looking for a used Kia EV that was showing up on their website. I got an immediate response from Josh and was able to set up a test drive right away. Josh was great during the visit to the office and the test drive, with ABSOLUTELY ZERO pressure, which is one of my pet peeves. We decided to complete the purchase at that time, and other than sort of a long wait to meet with Finance, it was a smooth transition. Amir in Finance made the process fast and easy--electronic signatures really make the process fly along!--and he was very clear with his explanations of what we were signing and why. Also zero pressure on the extended warranty and service contracts. By the time we were done signing the car was ready for us. Overall, a really pleasant experience from top to bottom.

Rented a truck while shopping for a replacement to the most heavily-used truck in our fleet. Roger was very accommodating with some tight scheduling requirements and the rental unit was perfect for our needs. Then Matt worked some magic to actually find the same truck to sell so I ended up with the perfect one-stop, rental/purchase, double-deal… with no down time. It's now been a month using our new truck 6 days a week… thanks to the Hengehold crew!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Serramonte Ford has kept my Ford Escape in great shape for more than a dozen years and tens of thousands of miles. From the initial contact in the evening to driving home in a new car before noon the following day. Cody Elemen was great, ( laid back, no pressure and efficient). He got everything squared away on his end before i got there so i could just sign the needed documents and be on my way, wasn't even at the dealership 2hrs total (included test driving the car, running a credit check, securing financing, signing paperwork). They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had.
