I had an underbody cover that was knocked loose by a large chunk of ice on the highway and pulled in to the Ken Ganley Service Department without an appointment. Service Professional, Vince welcomed me and within minutes had the cover secured and I was on my way. My daughter in Columbus and I have leased or purchased several Nissan vehicles from the Ganley dealership in Medina, largely due to the excellence of Vince and their service department. We had been looking for a long time for a good used car to make a long daily commute to and from work. It was frustrating trying to stay in budget! Many of the dealerships we were looking at either had high prices for cars with little to no repair or cleaning, or they DID take care of those things and had the higher sticker price to go with it. Godard had a great selection of really nice cars at really fair prices. What a breath of fresh air! Very laid-back atmosphere -- no high pressure sales. They are confident of what they are selling and the price they are asking, so no need for those tactics. A really nice establishment; comfortable, not flashy. The cars are nicely situated, easy to look at. They have the price displayed on each car (we started walking away from dealers who wouldn't do this). We have already put almost 200 miles on the car and haven't had any trouble. I am SO glad we finally found them!

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

He also made sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly test drive the car before finalizing the deal - on curvy roads, highway, walk-around in a parking lot. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. I also want to mention that the entire team was helpful and chill. They laid out all my options clearly, but I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need - whether in sales or finance. On top of getting a great deal and financing, they even delivered my car to my home, 90 minutes away. They offered this service, all I had to say yes. I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

I was very satisfied with our experience at Godard Auto Sales and am more than happy with my "new to me" car. If you do your homework you will find that they offer quality used cars at a very fair price.The sales experience was nothing like I was used to at a brand-based dealership, and am confident that we will come back when we are ready for another vehicle. We felt very comfortable at the dealership and the low pressure environment was fabulous.

Space wise and being a family of 6, this 10 passenger transit has been excellent and exactly what we were looking for. We were concerned with the amount of cargo space in a minivan and can't afford a large SUV making the Transit the best option for the price. It worked great for family trip from Florida to Tennessee. With the overall gross vehicle weight, the small 3.7L V6 can be a little under powered. I feel the weight has also compromises fuel economy as well. Have only had the vehicle 3 months, so unable to genuinely discuss reliability ad I have read concerns of excessive brakes and tire wear. Do wish more options such as color, interior and hands-free were available ad well.
