I did not have a good experience at Seramonte Subaru So I looked up 2019 Subaru Outback posted on Albany Subaru. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

I had been driving n older Geo and recently decided it was time to buy a newer car. I have a very busy schedule and used Car Gurus and True Car to locate a beautiful 206 Honda Accord Sport with only 19,000 miles and a couple of thousand dollars less than all the dealers within 100 miles. . The staff was great and made the transaction easy. We completed all the paperwork in about an hour and I was on my way in my new car. I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

Excellent from beginning to end! I flew up from LAX in order to buy the car. The ONLY thing is it did not come with an owner's manual and one month later I still have not received registration. Other than that, excellent!

Ford the dealership and service center is amazing. This is my go to place since they personnel is always helpful and are transparent with what is happening with the car. They go out of their way to make sure everything is resolved.

Very reliable but could use some improvements on the comfort . brake pedal is high so sitting in traffic can be a burden on your knees.

This dealership is comprised of a very accommodating, professional staff. Ali handled my transaction and performed services far beyond the average salesman duties. Linda handled the paper work which was very complicated due to my being a 100% disabled vet and entitled to special plates This is the first dealership I have encountered who knew how to process the asinine, paper work required by the DMV,[ dept. of mutual vilification ].

They were accommodating in allowing an independent mechanic to test the car I was looking at--a good sign. In the end we couldn't make a deal but I would try them again for a different car.

Making this a personal handicap van. Love the size and feel, not to big but big enough. Love it!! can’t wait till we do some traveling.
