I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. 2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Good experience at the sales level! As with all used cars I was a little concerned about the sales process, but in this case things were low pressure and seemingly free of sales gimmicks. Appreciated they didn't try to sell me 5 extras and tack on dealer fees. It all just kinda went to plan.
2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.
2017 Ford Transit-150 review
This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
