I arrived at AutoNation on Saturday, April 19th and was promptly attended to by the service tech. Mario did an exceptional job detailing what services were needed at 60k and the prices for each item. Further, my oil service job was done within a very reasonable time. I believe under an hour along with the tire rotation and brake check included. Buying a new car at this Helfman Ford Stafford was an easy experience! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and not pushy. Amir Z. was especially helpful. He patiently “walked” us through the various features of the car and answered all our questions which were many. He also gave us his phone number to call if we had any other questions. This was the second time we purchased a new car from Ford and both times we had a smooth experience without the sales people being pushy like some other dealerships are.

This was the best and smoothest purchase/ trade in automotive purchase that family has ever had. From the beginning Amir was a very helpful and knowledgeable “partner “ in this transaction. We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

I purchased a 2005 Corvette over the phone. The car is in excellent shape low mileage and the experience of buying this vehicle was hassle free. Also had the car shipped to Las Vegas Nevada no problems. Would purchase another car from unique Auto again.
