I could not be happier with our recent transaction at Myers Jeep. Chad Myers was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. We got a great deal settled before I even arrived. A lot of dealerships make promises but won't really commit until they get you in. Chad and I had all the details worked out. When I arrived there, feeling the deal might change or expenses might be added on I was pleased to find that the deal was exactly as we talked about. Joe s Munoz was extremely helpful showing me the car and taking it out for a test drive. Seth Cole was very personable and professional going through all the paperwork. This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.

Highly motivated sales crew. Went the extra mile to get me into a car I was interested in. Took a test drive. Found an issue. Went back. Car went straight into their shop. Turned out a wire had come loose (the car had been on their lot for several weeks; hard to say what happened), but they fixed it. Took another test drive. Everything was good. The next day I closed the deal. In fact, they had sold me a car by the time a big-time Pittsburgh dealer emailed me to say the car I was interested in through them wasn't available. Got the car home, had a local shop put it up on a rack because of a strange noise. Underneath, the car was *extremely clean*. My guess was two new tires, but it looked like this dealer had put new brakes on both axles as well. The strange noise -- a dust shield had gotten bent somehow, and was rubbing. Overall, the car I bought was how they described it on this site. Pleasant to deal with. These folks really want to sell you a car! I would purchase from them again.
