He answered all my questions, gave me additional details about the car, and negotiated a better price than what was listed online. He was upfront about interest rates he’s seen recently and worked with me on the cost of the extended warranty because it’s a product he genuinely believes in. After I made the 45-minute drive to see the car, Mike made everything easy. Since I’m not familiar with the area, he suggested a good test drive route and encouraged me to install my son’s car seat—never making me feel bad about car shopping with my wild child. Braxton Motor Company even had some table games and plenty of snacks to keep my son entertained while we worked through the paperwork, which was a huge help. This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

Brubaker's will likely be one of our first choices for repeat car-buying business. Our extended family has purchased here and our most recent purchase is still powering ahead well. The honesty is evident and willingness to fix even the smaller issues (in our case, a tire that went bad, replacing air-vent controllers, and some odd issues with a touch-screen) was fantastic. After car shopping for 3 weeks and making no progress we were getting exhausted. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.
