Recently purchased a 2018 F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4 with over 217K miles on it. I did some research on the vehicle and actually was able to speak with the original owner of it. After speaking with him I was able to deduce that he had indeed kept up the service schedule on the truck with the 5.0 liter Ti / VVT engine. Upon looking at the truck in person on Oct. 5th, 2024 I took a test drive in it with my salesman Robert Sala and a friend. I voiced some initial concerns about the engine and was told that it had a Bronze Star Warranty with the truck. Heard a cold start up rattling noise in the engine couple times after purchase and called my salesman to inform him that I unfortunately would have to return the truck back to them for a full refund because of the fear of an unexpected expense after purchase. My salesman Robert Sala asked me to allow him to speak to the Used Car Sales Manager about the issue. To my surprise but eventually happiness in the process this was handled I was told to bring the truck back to the Dealership, Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach, Fla. and they would take care of it for me. I’m Very Grateful that they decided the Best Course of Action would be to replace the complete engine with a three years and unlimited mileage remanufactured engine from Fred Jones Remanufacturing!!! Having had a wonderful experience with the Mullinax Family I would strongly recommend this Dealership that absolutely stands behind what they sell to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and to know that you will be treated fairly after the sale if it appears that you are having a legitimate issue. This Van is pretty cool I have lots of leg Room the vehicle have lots of power I really enjoyed the color, And I like a starting options from my cell phone.

I have gotten 3 vehicles from them and they are very truthful with there cars and spend as much time as you need with you. I have traded a few cars in with them and they have been very fair with price for trade in and new car. Billy is the mechanic and he very thorough on checking vehicle out and doing what he needs.

We had an issue with our windshield that Safelite was unable or unwilling to resolve after over 6 months of trying. The Honda dealership did the necessary repairs and resolved the issue.

I was hesitant visiting this Dealer W/ all of the negative reviews, however, they advertised a vehicle which 8 was interested in . The sales person assigned 2 me, Mrs. Anesthesia, was very friendly & extremely helpful, part of the 4 stars i gave them. Upon my request, the Dealer had a mechanic 2 run a diagnostic test 2 ensure there were no codes active( thank U). My 2 biggest complaints are: 1. They didn't detail or clean the vehicle 4 me. They said it would be detailed, however, it wasn't. 2. Most car Dealers will fill up the gas tank, & clean up the vehicle, while you are completing the sales paperwork. Victory Auto only filled up to a half of tank... The car runs good so far, & after I cleaned it up after driving home, the car is a very nice looking car... I'm not sure how, when, ir why all of the negative comments, but my experience, except for the gas & detailing, was quite pleasant.. Carter, J

I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!
