I just had my transmission replaced which can be traumatic, but the staff at the service center were truly kind, efficient and professional. Staff at the dealership did a good job. My only complaint was that the mileage on the vehicle was over 4,000 miles different than what was posted on cars.com and not in my favor. The dealership was not willing to drop the price any for the mileage discrepancy.
