From the moment I inquired about a truck from Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring to the moment I got hold of the keys of my new truck, it was such an incredible experience with the dealership. I inquired from out of state about a specific truck at Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring as it was not available almost anywhere in the US. I felt their attentiveness from the start and did not feel brushed off given that I inquired online from out of state. McKinley Woods handled my inquiry with utmost professionalism and care. He was able to send me actual pictures of the truck's exterior and interior and answered all my questions with ease and attention. I needed a couple of days to think about the purchase and make sure I wasn't acting on impulse, and he gave me the space I needed to think about it without being pushy but still was available for all my questions when I reached out to him. I am very appreciative of this wonderful experience from McKinley. When finally deciding to purchase the truck, McKinley was available to answer all my questions regarding registration in a different state and shipment. We went through all the papers that needed to be signed online. He and the finance manager Travis went through my financing options and were able to find me a better rate than the one I found when I shopped online. They were extraordinary! For other paperwork that needed my signature on actual paper, they sent out the documents by mail overnight with FedEx after I told them how urgent I need the truck. They also provided a prepaid return label for me to ship me them back signed and did not even charge me for the whole shipping costs/process! It took only two days for the signed documents to get back to them and the process couldn't be smoother! I was very appreciative how they went above and beyond in their service and did not just stack up random fees to inflate the price like I experienced with other dealers. I walked away from other dealers cause of miscellaneous fees and felt taken for a ride with extra fees for being purchasing from out of state. They'd rather lose a big sale by adding $1k-$1.5k in unfair fees. But not with Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring. The price was fair and they did not mark up the final price with any deceitful fees. Once you see that as a customer, it signals to your how honest and truthful is Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring, and how fair the buying process is there. Shipment was very smooth. I arranged for a carrier to pick up the truck and gave them McKinley's contact information. The dealership detailed the truck then McKinley sent me a walk through video of the truck and options, which was very appreciated. And the truck looked spotless! Later, he met with the carrier and took a couple of pictures of the truck being loaded into the carrier. Got the truck in a couple of days and I was a happy customer! After sale service did not disappoint either. I connected with McKinley to schedule a short call to go over some of the options on the truck. He was as attentive and professional as he was before the purchase. He even sent me a handwritten note in the mail congratulating me on my new truck. These small things, as simple as they may seem, do matter a lot to a customer. I am confident my next purchase would be from him and his team at Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring, even if there were options around me in my state. My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

My wife and I were there to buy a vehicle. We picked out 4 to look at but because of the subzero week before 1 actually started on its own. It was a blessing. We are under the belief that this one was meant to be ours. We appreciate you guys going the extra mile to do the financing to buy the car. Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

Paid off, Now the Heater doesn’t work, Left wiper arm fell off in the rain. Shifter knocks/Clunks, Otherwise reliable truck. Need heating to work please.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. It looks great, is fun to drive, and still turns heads. This is my 8th Mustang I'm a Mustang fantatic! Love them.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

I own a 2014 F150 Lariat. Has a 3.5 liter eco boost. I have 157000 miles , had a few minor issues but has been fantastic. Do all the things you need to do to maintain it. Put Lucas auto treatment monthly. Love my truck, I would highly recommend.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

Had an issue with rattle in front end of truck when going over bumps...dealt with Barry in service re this issue. It was a long involved process of trying to figure out exactly what the issue was, but finally got resolved....Barry, sort of the middle man between mechanics, managers, field reps and myself, did an outstanding job of communicating everything that was going on. He is truly an asset to the dealership !!

Lariat model. 3.5 ecoboost engine. Great vehicle. Lots of extras. 4wd works well in OBX sand. I converted from chevy silverado. Ford won me over.

After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

I have a 2019 F-150 XLT and it drives excellent even with a 3.5 V6. The towing is great. I would recommend this truck to anyone.

Original owner of a 2014 F150 XLT 5.0L engine, short bed. I use it for lots of towing, hauling and long distance driving and it's frequently exposed to harsh environments from chemical refineries to heavy snow and salt. I've done regular oil changes and tire rotations on this truck up to 130k miles. Experienced zero major problems. The only issues with towing are the length of trailer which does push the vehicle around some (driving at recommended speeds of 65mph or less solves this). The tow mode conflicts with the cruise control feature (do not use cruise for hills). Completing recommended maintenance and tuneups makes a notable difference in engine and tow performance. The only parts I've had to replace aside from glass have been a battery, AC blower vent doors with actuators. The full leather interior has held up extremely well with front seat protectors (slight abrasions on driver seat). Console only shows wear with the power button for the heat/AC. Exterior has no rust except a normal even patina in wheel wells (original exhaust good).

This truck is bulletproof. Good ride, good handling more than adequate power, on the noisy side. A great vehicle for work or general driving. Thumbs up

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

Talked with Hunter at MTH and he was absolutely great. We knew that there was a truck on the lot we wanted to look at and he was able to assist and answer all of our questions. He was not pushy about anything during the process and if he didn't know the answer to something he was able to figure it out quickly. The entire process was smooth and comfortable. I will definitely be going back there for any future vehicle needs or serices! Also the playground and arcade made it was more simple with having three kiddos there during the paperwork!

I absolutely love my beautiful Deep Impact Blue 6 Speed Manual 2013 Mustang GT. I've had her going on 10 years now. She's very fast, more so with my Brenspeed 97 Race Tune delivered by my Bama Tuner, 1 7/8 Kooks Long Tube Headers, X-Pipe, fed back to my Flowmaster 40 Outlaw Mufflers, an Airaid Cold Air Intake and in the very near future a Ported 2nd Gen Cobra Jet Intake with N/A Detroit Rocker. So fun to drive. Insane throttle Response with smooth handling, pure beast

On July 26, 2022 I picked up my fourth F150. This one was different. It was the first one I ordered (waited 10 mths.), the most costly and a hybrid. Now, almost a year later, I find I am greatly enjoying the truck. It tows 7000# with ease, is quiet, and the feature set is fantastic. Each rendition of the F150 has been better. I started with the 2009. Nice but heavy. The 2015 was the first aluminum one and I did have some trouble with the brake controller failing and catching fire. The 2017 was great but in its last year it developed a dripping leak when raining in the sunroof that thankfully I was able to fix. It was the best up until this one. The recalls-windshield motor and flickering taillights (LED flash). My motor was fine and the taillights were reprogrammed. I would say that is minor compared to my friend's Red Silverado who in 2015 got a notice that they were catching fire on rear defroster wiring! I haven't had any issues and I am just amazed at the technology. It drove me 200 miles to Tallahassee. I cannot wait for the BlueCruise update supposedly this year. I get about 3mpg better than my 2017 10spd, Ecoboost in town and about 1mpg better on the highway. It varies but that is about the average. Ecoboosts can be thirsty if you want power. They like to cruise so I have learned to get to speed, not crawl up and keep a light foot. I own a truck because I need one to tow my camper and I need one to serve dual purpose as a daily driver too. I find that the Ford F150 fits that bill. I have shopped all the choices on full size pickups. The only other truck, to me, that met my needs with positive factors was the GMC Denali diesel half ton. I was not impressed with the overall package of the Tundra, RAM or Titan. They did not check all the boxes for me. I look for comfort, MPG, engine/power/torque RPM power curve for towing, tow features, style, etc. The hybrid eco and the diesel blow the others away for low RPMs while towing which is torque and that makes for a more enjoyable tow. Less noise , stress, etc. My two finalists also got the best MPG. I leaned toward the hybrid more too because of the current stance on diesels and the DEF and the cost of the fuel compared to regular gas. As a long time sports sedan owner turned trucker, I would tell you to shop. Read and research but some facts, well, aren't facts. I remember my legacy of sports sedans and buying recommended models- LOL. The Lexus- bad radios- all of them on the lot, cyclops brake light bulb not replaceable when blown, BMW 328is coupe- bad electrical battery blew up 2yrs., Infiniti G38 jerking and slamming 8spd. auto transmission on Interstates on quick braking- these were all top rated/reviewed cars and not cheap. I had more trouble with those three than any other vehicles I ever have owned. If you are looking for a truck, a vehicle meant for hauling and towing, then I highly recommend an F150. There is a reason they have such high sales in spite of what some reviews say.

Had been looking to add a third fun car reminiscent of the late 60's Corvette/firebird/Mustangs that I had owned BUT with modern comforts and enhancements. I looked at Camaro ZL1 (too rough) Corvette (Nice but seat headrest hit me wrong) Jaguar F Type R ( would have bought this but again seat hit me wrong) Nissan Z (Too delayed and $20K markup on $40K car!!!) Challenger Hellcat widebody (Too Big for me) BMW M4 (HARD ride even on soft setting) What I really like about the Mustang GT Premium was the sound. After years of driving stick, I bought the 10 spd Auto which is a great Trans. Faster and with traffic and all, a better choice. Did not spend $9300 for Perf Package, Magnaride or exhaust since I was not going to track this car. The exhaust was too raspy for my taste. Do get the B&O stereo. I really love the sound of the stock exhaust. Loud enough to hear and quiet enough on long trip. If you want one be sure to Join Mustang Club of America, since after 90 days of membership you are eligible for a substantial discount from Ford ($2500) on a $50,000 car. This does not include any discount from dealer.
