Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. At 20 years old, I bought a truck I had always wanted. Unfortunately, with how far I live from work, I put miles on it faster than I could pay it down. As a result, it lost value quicker than I could keep up, and I felt stuck. Bryce Barnes was amazing to work with. He not only helped me get out of that truck, but also got me into a car with much better fuel efficiency that truly fits my needs. What meant a lot to me is that this car still reminds me of my truck — it has a similar feel and spaciousness, which was important because I loved everything about my truck. Overall, if you're looking for a step above any Mustang, this is it. But you have to understand what you're buying. The 5.2 Voodoo engine is an engineering masterpiece, no other Ford engine sounds close to it. It is a review happy engine, but you need to put your head in that of a racing driver, not a regular commuter. Oil level, temperature and pressure are all items that need to be checked prior to ringing out this motor for all its goodness. The suspension is harsh compared to a typical Mustang, but it's liveable. These cars were only offered in a 6 speed manual, so that "automatically" removes it from many people's lists. All in all, it's a driver's car, it's special and if you understand that and get the chance to drive one, you won't be sorry.

This is the third Ford dealership I have had experience with and was by far the best. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful, they didn't hide any of the fees and were straight forward with the price the quoted(actually wound up being a little cheaper than their initial quote!) And helped me out with getting an explorer foe my family. This was also while I was juggling 3 kids under 5 with a stroller. All in all great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

Eats front tires like they are free, and Michelins are definitely not free. But the trade off is worth it. So far. One xxxxx out mountain run and you will have a smile only death can remove.

The oil change I received was surprisingly fast. Normally, I have to sit at a dealership for a couple hours to have this done. The short wait time was very impressive.

I was about to pull the trigger on BMW M2 or M3 Competition. My coworker advise me to test drive GT350 which I did. The rest is the history... I purchase this car in Dec. 2019 and since then I can't get enough of this car. IMO GT350 is the best car-driver feel for it's price. When driving this car it feels like you in the supper car and this car makes you better driver. Not sure if Ford Performance was intentionally create such a great performance car but they did a very good job! Shelby GT350 is well balance car. It's Voodoo engine, Magneride adjustable suspensions and tight sporty steering makes this car so much to drive on the road and track. This second generation of Shelby GT350 continues it's legacy since 1965.

I enjoyed dealing with them Shane an Johnny are great guys Shane called to check on us till we made it there an also after we got back home to see how we like the car an how was our day going wasn’t no rush buying from the time we pulled up it was a great experience we drove 8hrs from Mississippi to buy our Honda and it was worth every mile we drove felt so comfortable an like family with them an it was a very well kept up place an the Honda was super clean like advertised an we’ll buy from them again

My car is actually a 2008 Mustang Bullitt with a 315 HP 4.6 liter engine with a Roush supercharger. Total HP is between 425 and 450. Quite fast.

The service department was incredibly knowledgeable about my concerns. They handled all of them professionally. Even though I thought I needed a new radio, they assured me that engineers were working on it and an update was coming soon. Happy Customer!! 👍
