I would like to take a moment to commend my salesperson, Tony Vorias. He was exceptional throughout the entire process. I use to only own Hondas- I had Accords and Civics and they were very good cars. However while in college, I needed a new car and was on a shoestring budget. That landed me my first Ford- a Crown Victoria. Now that was an amazing car- very cheap to maintain, easy to work on, etc. It was so amazing, my next car was another Crown Victoria! It too was just as reliable, but unfortunately at over 200k miles and rusting out considerabily, it was time to upgrade. Unforuntately Ford doesn't make the Crown Victoria anymore, but being loyal to the brand, I started looking around. After researching for approximately a year, I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger on the 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium Energi, and it was a very good decision! It's incredibly comfortable, the heated seats are amazing, and the visibility is awesome as well. The fuel economy is pretty amazing as well- I've averaged about 46 MPG since I got the car in November of 2024. There are a few things I would change if Ford were to ask me- first, there is no map light. The dome light is adequate but its over my head and behind me whereas a map light would be ideal because sometimes you need light directly above you. Second, on a cold day, when you set the heater on 90, the blower will blow cold air on you immediately before the engine is warmed up. Even my old 2005 Crown Victoria did not do this- the blower would not blow any air until the engine had warmed up. Beyond those two complaints, it's an amazing car and perfect for bopping around town.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Best parts department ever! I get all my parts from there. Everybody's super nice answers every question I have. Super employee of the year is "Carl" I wanted an oil change before I went on a trip and I always come to your dealership to get it but I couldn't get an appointment as fast as I wanted. Went to two oil shops and they said I need it full synthetic oil. So I called the man that knows all Carl and he told me that I needed a synthetic blend for my F-150. I got my oil and filter from him also battery wiper blades even changed the batteries in my key fobs. He then said his wife is getting a new F150 truck. Now I'm thinking I want a new truck just got a convince my wife! I have 2016 f150 with 80,000 miles on it. I'll probably call Carl to see how can I convince my wife! Lol! Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

Had the C-Max Hybrid for about a month, and overall it's been a joy to drive. A real all-purpose vehicle that routinely achieves 35-40 mpg in the city, the primary reason we sought it out was it's amazing visibility. Our 6'-5" teenager has not problem getting comfortable behind the wheel, and I've never driven a vehicle that has such great viewing angles - you almost feel too exposed while driving! The regenerative brakes are typically more sensitive than regular brakes, but overall I have only praise for this very versatile little car!

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

If you have the chance to get your hands on one of these things, do it! This car will put mad smiles on your face everytime you drive it. An amazing little rocket by Ford. Suggestion: Get a paint correction, Ceramic coating and clear bra for the front and peeps won't stop staring at your RS. Also a Scorpion exhaust will make it sound incredible with all those pops and bangs. Incredible car! Thank Ford!

Gabrielle “Gabi” was absolutely amazing!! I was a very challenging customer, changed my mind on three vehicles, my last change was after the paperwork was completed. I've had a 17 Ford Fiesta Se car since 2017. Bought it brand new off the lot. Got ripped a new one due to the price I paid, however it was worth it. She's got a bit over 200,000 miles and the only major problems were the timing belt was walking off, and the original belt snapped put of the blue once. Cars a/C is still perfect, lacks horsepower but a very economical and spunky car. Time for maintenance on the sus as of now, but I still love driving it. Bluetooth took a crap, and it still drives great. I live in the mountains so it's taken a beating, but she keeps going!

Just went for oil change and tire rotation. While waiting checked on getting another lease on a few months. All is well

Purchased in 2017. I love my 2015 Ford Cmaxx, sad Ford does not still make them. I avg 40/43 mpg. It is comfortable for me to drive and to get in and out of. Love the hatch that allows me to loads many things for road trips. Fun to drive and it hugs the road. There is a learning curve on breaking that charges the battery, however it didn't take long. One of my favorite cars that i have owned. I will not trade it. So far no problems. I do have regular checkups and maintenance at Ford dealership where I live.

I love my car!! It’s fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. I have had it for 9 years and I have only had to replace a battery and get new tires! It’s a 5 speed, which I love! The only drawback is my husband is 6’1 so it’s kind of small for him, so no long road trips in my car! lol! But I am 5’2 and it’s a perfect fit. We are moving to Vermont and keeps telling me I need to trade it in for a 4wd, especially for snow and mud season. I just really do not want to give up my little car. I do want to buy a new Ford Bronco, so hoping since my Fiesta is paid off I can have both. It can be my summer car!! I have always had Ford Vehicles they never let me down!!

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Bought new in 2007 and still runs and looks like new. As reliable as they get..only needed routine maintenance for 16 years. It's a simple car without much that can go wrong. Handles great, reasonably peppy and good fuel mileage. Still love it after all these years..not interested in a new car!

I was impressed with Drew as he was not a high pressured salesman. He allowed me to familiarize myself with the bmw. When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. Carmen was quite helpful and personable while she processed paperwork. I will return in the future

Bought the vehicle after Ford replaced the transmission due to the known transmission issue with these and it has worked like a dream. I cannot recommend this car enough. It has been reliable, dependable and easy to maintain.

Back in 2010, my father traded his 2009 Hemi Orange R/T challenger in on a brand new 2011 Yellow Blaze Fiesta 5 door hatch with every option on it except for the automatic transmission. Sunroof, leather seats, upgraded sound system, you name it. It was truly one of a kind and to this day I’ve still never seen one like it. I’ve seen a few other yellow blazes but never one with the options ours had. In 2017, he gave it to me as my first car. It had 50,000 miles at the time. I learned how to drive stick on it! The car isn’t the fastest thing in the world, but it sure is a blast to drive. They handle wonderfully. I quickly fell in love with this car and called her the Highlighter. My dad helped me install Rockford fosgate speakers in her, a 12” Rockford fosgate punch p3 subwoofer and a kicker 800w amp. She bumped! I loved her even more after this. I had countless first dates in her until I met the woman I thought I was going to marry and was with her for two short years before that fell apart. I drove her hard, very hard. My foot was on the floor practically everywhere I went, sliding her around any and every corner. She took it all. I did this for 80,000 more miles. She reached 130,000 miles and needed a timing belt change, so we decided we would do that ourselves. Mind you, this car never needed work, it never failed to start on me, never threw codes, always got me where I needed to go safe and sound and I never worried about it not starting. So doing this timing belt change was honestly some of the first work we had to do to this car other than brakes, oil changes, and a serpentine belt at 80,000 miles. In the process of us locking the flywheel, the special tool to do so broke and made its way inside the transmission somewhere. We couldn’t get it out; but we were able to get her back together running just fine once again. However, while under the car trying to get that part out, we noticed something. On the manual transmission fiestas, there tends to be a problem with a transmission oil leak when your clutch starts to go out. This was a stock clutch with 130,000 miles on it, driven by me, a teenager at the time. There’s no way it should’ve made it as long as it did with the abuse it took, but it did. It’s almost $3,000 to have a new clutch installed in one of these cars, which essentially totals the car out. I had to make the decision to either keep the fiesta and dump its value into it to fix it when it was already up there in miles, or trade it in on an ecoboost mustang. I decided to trade her because ford wouldn’t be able to fix her for a couple of months and I was moving for college so I needed a car. I stand by my word, that fiesta will forever be the most reliable car I will have ever owned. It took so much more than any other car should’ve or would’ve. Truly one of the best cars in the world in my eyes. The mpg is just a plus on top of the reliability of these things. I’ll forever miss my fiesta, I had such a sentimental attachment to this car that I don’t think anyone will ever understand. But I hope the right person is reading this and if you’re debating getting one, get it. You wont regret it. I miss mine more and more everyday. That ecoboost mustang is cool and all, but it’ll never be my fiesta. My fiesta made so many memories with me from whether it was being the clown car trying to cram all my friends into her even though her carry capacity is 800lbs, or from those first dates previously mentioned. She was known around town because I was involved in the car scene and took her everywhere. I was proud of my fiesta. You would be too. I really hope I see mine out there on day again. If you happen to have a debadged 2011 yellow blaze 5-speed manual fiesta hatch with 127,000+ miles, you may have my baby and I hope she treats you well.
