This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

I've bought three cars from them and sent friends to buy cars from them. We've had good luck with the cars and they are pretty honest with any known issues.

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

Osman and Ali were professionals throughout my entire experience! Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

Currently own a black 2013 expedition XL 4WD. It's a solid, reliable SUV on a truck frame but with very smooth ride quality. Tons of cargo space, I fit a 7 foot couch in XL, which is the smaller version. Powerful V8 runs good and sounds like a diesel. Only downsides it's not great on gas mileage compared to newer cars and interior and exterior starts wearing out in typical Ford fashion

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

I've owned my 2011 Expedition XLT regular wheelbase since 2012 (leftover). Basic cloth seats, manual A/C and heavy duty towing. This SUV has been super reliable. Preventative maintenance and I do all myself. Oil at 5k using Ford blend 5-20 for 100k and now 5-30. 3rd set of plugs and 2nd set of coils. This is the brown plug boot engine which I believe all 2008+ Expeditions use. Trans fluid changed at 60k, 110k and now ready. Front brakes have been replaced many times as it's just the way these brake. No problem as I do it myself but some may not like this. Liftgate the usual paint peeling and I don't care. Hood also has some under the front and think the bug shield has prevented it from peeling in the top of the hood. I just added a nice touchcreen with back up camera since the green LED radio got real dim. I plan on driving this one for another couple yrs and up to at least 200k. It appears the 2010-12 are overall very reliable and since they have a steep depreciation, not bad to pick one up. Not IF AND ONLY IF the oil was maintained with proper and FREQUENT oil changes! The 2008+ Ford 5.4L 3Valve in general is a decent engine ONLY IF THE OIL has been changed!!! If not, set aside $7k for an engine swap.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

My parents bought me the 2013 Fusion Titanium in Sept 2022 and two months in, the car is still giving me the giggles. Within these two months, I've found the comfort to review my stance on it but before I do that I'll explain my first thoughts I had when I saw it for the FIRST TIME. First of all, I have it in the Ruby Red and that stood out to me. The car has an aggressive styling which is another highlight of mine and seeing it in red had me thinking it was at least a 2018 car but it is a 2013. The styling has really aged well. I also loved the rear spoiler and the fog lights. Now that I've had it for two months, here is how I feel: I love the taillight design especially with the LEDs. I do not like that the headlamps are halogen for 2013 Titanium package. I also think the car is quite low especially over high-speed bumps and seating in general. I put the memory seats on the highest level and I am 5'10. I love the touch-sensitive buttons which gets alot of hate but I think it's unique and luxurious. I love the keyless entry, remote start and the paddle shifters. Oh my gosh the horsepower and torque really kicks with the paddle shifters.

Since moving to the area five years ago, HPL is the only place we've serviced and maintained our vehicles at. They do a fantastic job in every way and the dealership is always spotless and friendly. Jerry, the service writer, is fantastic to work with.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

My vehicle will be paid off soon. It seems problematic situationa are starting. I read about recalls for 2017 ford focus. I've received NO letters from Ford yet. There are several recalls for make. Model and year 2017.

Spacious, dependable, minimal maintenance required besides routine (oil change, tires, etc.) Excellent for traveling long distances with a family. Enough room to spread out. I tow a 12' utility trailer loaded with a side by side and don't know it's even there except when I stop for gas. Wish they still made the Excursion for I would buy another one.

I wish that the 2010 ford edge had Better gas mileage otherwise it’s a grate suv. I wish that it had a 3rd row Seating

It’s a great car! I’ll give it that, very fast and sporty look has a great stance. One problem I have with it is the transmission, it lags during the shift to 3rd gear. One thing I like is as soon as you put your feet on the accelerator, it immediately goes which sometimes catches me off guard. Exterior styling is one of the favorites especially the sporty grille! Climate Stack is a little cumbersome to get used to especially when having to use the screen to change the airflow. I find the seats to be ok except the front passenger seat, the seat is way too low and can’t be adjusted either as well as the lumbar being too far front which makes you sit in a awkward position. but overall it’s a great comfy car for a first time buyer! don’t be afraid to get this car either, if normal climate controls and little lag transmission doesn’t seem to bother you, i’d say go for it, it’s a great car to own!

Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.
