Everything was good they made me feel as if I had more options than other dealers I went too in the last month. Also I didn't feel as if I was just being sold a car. Or them just wanting the money from me . The time was made for me to feel satisfied .
The service was excellant ,took Explorer in for oil change. Was in and out quick , friendly staff , great experience. The leasing process was quick and easy through Chris Merriman. Overall great experience at Crest Ford.
In my last visit I brought my truck in for service, I was late for apt. called my service rep.was a very nice person. When I did get in my truck was timely serviced. Thank You. The Crest Ford facility very clean with a great waiting area !!!

Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. Thank you both for all your hard work and working with me.
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
Wow what a great team that Taylor Ford dealership has. I work with Jamie Miller In the purchasing of a preowned 2010 F150 4 x 4. I believe she went beyond her responsibilities as far as the sales person goes to make sure that I can get into the truck, she put me in touch with Cindy Roy in the financing department I was able to drive my new truck home that day.
