The best customer service ever!

1st time we used Bud Clary, we were staying in the area and our 2013 Edge needed an oil change, and while they were doing the oil changed, found a serious problem, they ordered the part, and fixed it...which was so awesome, because our warranty was about to expire in less then a 100 miles. Then over the long week end our Edge's overheating light came on twice on our way back from Yakima. So Tues morning my husband called the Wenatchee Ford, and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it ( with them it's always 2 weeks, even for oil changes). So he called Bud Clary and was told to bring it right over. They were the best, they dealt with the extended warrant people, got us to the renal car place...got the the part, fixed it, and we got it back the next day! I wish you weren't so far away, we would have you take care of oil changes. But if anything major happens, we'll be back. Thank You for everything!
