2020 Ford F-150 review
I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

2011 Ford F-350 review
I was sold a pig-in-a-poke by the dealership. However, this truck is quite the piece of machinery! Two dealerships conspired (whether intentionally or negligently) to sell me this truck. Only when I returned from OK to FL and brought the truck in for an oil change did I learn of the concealed problems in a number of important systems. About the truck, ignoring the problems: The engine is quiet & powerful, the suspension eats rough roads like a hungry hiker eats granola. The load carrying ability is impressive, as is the towing power. The interior is vast and roomy and remarkably quiet even at 70 MPH. Cons: ) It costs ~$100 to fill the tank with Diesel @ $3.219/gallon. ) My Saturn seems tiny, mushy, and low after driving my new bad-boy. I can only give it 4 stars for Value for the Money, because the repairs were quite unexpected. Not as unexpected as being deliberately lied to. And it does cost more the double what it costs to operate the Saturn in normal driving...

2017 Ford Fusion review
The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

McKee was so awesome. He made the experience so enjoyable. He was able to answer our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he asked the other team members. I would highly recommend McKee as a sales person. I honestly can not think of anything negative about our experience with McKee. We test drove 4 vehicles and finally decided on a corn flower blue 2025 Taos. It's pretty! 💎 It took us about 3 or 4 hours make the decision. We apprecated the time that McKee gave us. The manager and finance person were great also (sorry I can't remember their names). They were knowledgeable and professional. This was our second vehicle that we purchased from Murdock. Our first vehicle was a 2016 Jetta. We had it for about 10 years and took great care of it and had it serviced there. We did trade it in and we got a great deal. I would highly recommend Murdock VW when you are searching for a new vehicle. All of the team members were great. We plan on continuing to have it serviced there. 2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bought new. 50k on the odometer. Nothing of any concern has happened and Ford has a generous 10k miles between maintenance intervals. Stock tires on the Badlands did not last anywhere near their projected life. With the new tires I’m getting around 28mpg now. The badlands GOAT modes have gotten me through a lot of OHV trails and forest roads. The suspension articulates well. Anything I’ve dared to ask it do it has done.

I visited Murdock and one other car dealership before I went to Rich's and all of the salesmen were complete crooks. If they weren't showing me vehicles that I could not afford, they were changing the prices of 20 year old vehicles with max mileage. After hours of Murdock being me, I finally made my way to Rich's and was amazed at how helpful Jacob, Steven, and Rich were. I am a single mother with less than perfect credit and this staff bent over backwards to make it work. They found me a vehicle for a great price with payments that I can afford. Not only was my experience at the dealership absolutely amazing but after the fact they have continued to take care of me. There were a couple issues that I noticed after I drove the car off of the lot and they simply told me to take the car into car smart and they would cover the cost. I got a copy of the work that was done and the bill that was being charged to Rich's and I almost started crying. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to afford that out of my pocket and I would have again been without a save and working vehicle. I am astonished at how respectful, honest, and kind Jacob and the rest of the staff at Rich's are. I truly appreciate everything they've done for me. I would recommend these guys over anyone else in the valley
2017 Ford Escape review
This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

2022 Ford Maverick review
I own the 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid and so far with roughly 28,000 miles on it I love it. Cannot believe the gas mileage that I get. From April thru Nov I am in the upper 40's to low 50's. That is driving in the cities and highways between the cities. Any long travels on the expressway and my mileage drops to the mid to low 30's. When I purchesed it in 2022 I stayed with the standard XLT interior and I do not regred not upgrading it. It is comfortable for a vehicle and it is quiet. I have easily gotten 4 golf bags in the truck bed and 4 golfers in the cab with one of those golfers standing at 6 foot 8 inches. I've also been able to get 2 10 foot kayaks in the bed with no problem. Yes, they extended beyond the tailgate but had no problems. So far I rank my purchase of my 2022 SLT Ford Maverick Hybrid as one of the top two vehicles I've purchased in my life time, and I will be 74 in 2025.

Nice guys. They showed me their prices and fees. The test drive process was incredibly simple. Almost too easy. When it came time to start the buying process I didn’t understand all the fees and more fees that changed the price of a 2011 Camry from 10,900 to up around 13,000. I appreciate they gotta make a living and they’re a little shop…but I’m little too. I ultimately didn’t buy, but like I said, nice guys and way easy process to test drive a vehicle.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

2019 Ford Flex review
I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

2022 Ford Bronco Sport review
I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

2020 Ford Edge review
We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Gordon Palmer and the crew at West Motor in Preston, ID are fantastic! We live in Star Valley, WY, two hours away from Preston. We were in the market for a slightly used Dodge Journey. I had been in contact with several other dealers, including the Dodge dealer in Star Valley, but Gordon gave us the best rate and the best price on a 2016 Journey! We wanted to trade in our 99 Chevy Suburban as part of our down payment on the new vehicle. On the way to Preston, my three-year-old daughter got car sick going over Immigration Pass and puked in the car. We didn't have the means to clean it up sufficiently, but Gordon was really cool about it. He gave us rags and towels to help us get it cleaned up once we got to the dealer and they still gave us a good trade-in value. The purchasing process was really simple and the wait was not long at all. Gordon was really friendly and professional and he most definitely knows what he's doing. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else! They even topped off the vehicle for us before we made the two-hour trek back home. He gave us two fobs for our Journey, but one of them wasn't working. 2023 Ford Edge review
