Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. I would recommend anyone looking to buy new to head straight to Toyota of Boardman and ask for Kevin!!!

Weve been Toyota customers for several years but was impressed with the Ford options So we decided to check them out. The salesman Ryan Bloom was helpful but not pressuring and very knowledgeable of the product. While making the purchase, the business office was quick and efficient. We may have spent 15 minutes finalizing the purchase where it took two hours on a previous Toyota purchase. Ryan fully explained the service department and introduced us to the vehicle options and how to set them up. So long as the Escape holds up to our expectations, well return to Mize Ford on our next purchase.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. This is an AMAZING dealership. We purchased a few months back. Our salesperson Fran was awesome. He didn't push. He showed us the car we wanted to see. It was just as advertised and sold itself. Jake, the business manager, was awesome. Everything was so easy. Brought the vehicle in this week for my first free oil change. Right on time. One hour as promised. Their on-site restaurant was great. I had lunch, and my car was ready. Full inspection and topping off fluids, checked brakes and tires, battery, etc. I wouldn't buy a Kia or Ford anywhere else. This place has got it right. Kudos on great customer service!!

Have always great service, however this last service I wasn’t happy. Had oil change and tire rotation. With that said now my low tire pressure light is on and both on the right side. Either they didn’t check the tire pressure or they did something to the sensor.

Absolutely a great experience!! The salesman Scott Durso was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciate him and the finance guy who I cant remember his name.
