I recently experienced an issue with my truck while in New Orleans for a cruise. The truck was towed to Supreme Nissan, the dealership where I originally purchased it. This was the first time I had to utilize Nissan Roadside Assistance, and the service could not have been better or faster. While my family and I were enjoying our cruise in the Caribbean, she communicated with us via email, which was incredibly reassuring knowing that upon our return, I would need to deal with the truck immediately. Our family had urgent travel requirements upon debarkation. Nicoles assistance was invaluable. She coordinated the drop-off, ensured a priority inspection, and worked diligently to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. She facilitated a quick diagnosis and was able to expedite the necessary part, which she successfully did. What could have easily resulted in a week's delay for our family turned into an incredibly smooth and stress-free turnaround in just a day and a half. The entire Service Team was awesome, and her personal dedication and professionalism were the absolute best. I have always driven a Ford and had a 2012 Ford Fusion SE, and drove it to 266,000 miles. My 2020 Fusion Titanium is awesome!!

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Nicole and the entire service department are dedicated professionals. They know their business for sure. Customer service is tops in their books and even though customers sometimes become obstinate; they never lose their cool! Great service!

Hi, 👋 I am currently an owner of a 2012 ford fusion SE & I can assure you that I feels very fortunate to have such an amazing reliable vehicle as I do now ! Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

I purchased a 2011 F-150 back in December no problems with vehicle & the Sales Manager was willing to negotiate seeing I came all the way from Hattiesburg & this was the only place out of many I visited that would even try to work out a deal. Most likely this is where I'm going to buy all my vehicles

My vehicle will be paid off soon. It seems problematic situationa are starting. I read about recalls for 2017 ford focus. I've received NO letters from Ford yet. There are several recalls for make. Model and year 2017.
