Bought a new Mustang awhile back. Great experience with Edwin Torres. Since then have used their service department for everything including all oil changes and I drive 35 miles each way to do so. Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

Service was good but long wait. Everyone was pleasant and curious. I had an appointment and was taken on time. All in all it was a good experience.

I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

My parents bought me the 2013 Fusion Titanium in Sept 2022 and two months in, the car is still giving me the giggles. Within these two months, I've found the comfort to review my stance on it but before I do that I'll explain my first thoughts I had when I saw it for the FIRST TIME. First of all, I have it in the Ruby Red and that stood out to me. The car has an aggressive styling which is another highlight of mine and seeing it in red had me thinking it was at least a 2018 car but it is a 2013. The styling has really aged well. I also loved the rear spoiler and the fog lights. Now that I've had it for two months, here is how I feel: I love the taillight design especially with the LEDs. I do not like that the headlamps are halogen for 2013 Titanium package. I also think the car is quite low especially over high-speed bumps and seating in general. I put the memory seats on the highest level and I am 5'10. I love the touch-sensitive buttons which gets alot of hate but I think it's unique and luxurious. I love the keyless entry, remote start and the paddle shifters. Oh my gosh the horsepower and torque really kicks with the paddle shifters.

I love my fusion se. Only problem I've really had is my keypad and battery. When it rains my key pad gets hit by rain and drains my battery. Have had it for almost 7 yrs have just over 100,000 and it's been a great car.

140,000 trouble free miles so far. Nothing more than scheduled maintenance. Drives great, acceleration very good with a 240 hp tubo. May get a new one when available.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

Love this car, smooth driving and love the look of it. The backup camera keeps telling me to check with the dealership and so I will need to figure that out, but overall an amazing car

I went to this dealership via a recommendation, they will not disappoint. Friendly and very accommodating, needed my truck checked out. I had a problem with a battery that triple A installed, I asked they send a triple A person to this garage while I was there. Triple A guy was rude and irritated that he had to come, did not have a replacement battery anyway. Omar patiently put up with this obnoxious triple A guy and was more than helpful on more than one visit. Service is everything no matter how big or small the job, these guys are five stars plus. I've had my 2016 Fusion SE for over a year now. 2.0L with 163k. I love the Fusion's exterior design. Sleek and agile. Mine appears to be custom with a heated steering wheel and seats, dual exhaust, and a few other things that aren't standard on the SE trim. I've replaced a few sensors (purge, turbo boost, and waste gate) and the headlights over the last year. I am soooooo bummed the Fusion was discontinued.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.
