I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.

Temecula Valley Lexus Service turned what could’ve been a vacation-ruining nightmare into a master-class in customer care. While road-tripping from Phoenix, the serpentine belt on my LX570 shredded, wrapped itself around the fan clutch, and mangled the front of the engine bay. Google Maps showed another Lexus dealer closer, yet Temecula Valley Lexus’ spotless looking facility (Google maps pics) and stellar ratings convinced me to gamble on the longer tow—and I’m grateful I did. Even though I rolled up in a rented Chevy work truck, the service team welcomed me like I’d just driven onto their service drive floor with my lexus. Service Consultant Adam Caughron listened patiently to my whole “out-of-state, vacation-clock-is-ticking” tale and, despite a no appointments available schedule for days, promised to make my LX a priority. By the next morning he’d already called with a clear diagnosis and confirmed parts on order. The next couple evenings, Adam and the technician (an unsung hero I wish I’d caught by name) stayed past 10:30 p.m., both wrenching side-by-side to get me back on the road. The following day I picked up a perfectly repaired LX, checked out of my rental vehicle, and headed home on schedule. Adam even gave me his personal number and asked me to text when I arrived safely—service that goes far beyond the job description. Temecula Valley Lexus knows I’m unlikely to become a regular customer from hundreds of miles away in another state, yet they treated me as if I were family. Clean facility, transparent communication, and genuine empathy: this team embodies what a dealership service department should be. Car is very comfortable, the ride is smooth. With the plug in, can get to work and back without using gas!! The truck is small because of the battery, but actually is high so we still use it for travelling.

Tyler and his manager were very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of the 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV. However, if you plan on using your DCAP grant or the Federal EV rebate, do not go to their sister company, Subaru. Subaru is not participating in these programs. It appears AutoNation Mazda Carlsbad is the only dealership in the area that accepts both of these programs.

I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

Bought my 2019 in 4-2021. It only had 8700 miles on it, got it for 18k at Car Max. It was a fleet car; part of Covid sell off I guess. Retired now, drive around town with maybe 30% highway driving. Watch the EV/GAS indicator like a hawk; like driving a video game..my MPG; 48. The mileage is now at 48,700. Love the car, BATTERY LIFE is a major concern of mine. Done some research prior to buy on replacement battery; battery cost at that time from Ford dealer; ~$5800; recent check ~$10,500. After market batteries out there for less with warranties in the range of 12 months/15k according to auto/radio talk host. Local respected auto repair shop said the Toyata Prius hybrid batteries they had dealt with; they had replaced bad/weak cells instead of e tire battery; 2-3k...that was from 2021. At that time, no Fusions had been brought to them. The battery is my growing concern. If I keep this vehicle, what will it cost to have a battery replaced in the next 4-5 years? PLEASE NOTE: The NATIONAL radio talk show host did say, limit air-conditioning use; do not drive/brake like a wild-man. That would stretch out battery life. Original battery could go as far as 150k with sensible driving habits. Keep car from extreme temperature s; hot & cold. Still contemplating selling car now due to $$$$ in regards to battery not car performance.... LOVE THE CAR.....DREAD THE FUTURE BATTERY ISSUE.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

All staff are professional and helpful. Juan was so patient I explaining everything about the new system of the vehicle and answered all my questions. Ben also helped us the first day and was great.

Have a 110k miles on my 2014 Fusion. It never breaks, just keeps going. Tires, breaks and oil changes that about it. Have the 2.0L Turbo with FWD. When I first got it I put 80k in the first four years but now I live close to work and don't put many miles on it. Out of the 8 years I have it had nothing has broken, beside two fender benders. Other cars I have sold after a few years but this one has been so good I kept it, I'm going to give it to my son when he is old enough to drive in a few years.
