This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. He was very punctual, professional, transparent, understanding and genuinely made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. Not to mention, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle systems. As difficult as I was as a first-time buyer, I commend Moshi for patiently working with me on site of the dealership, for hours, without giving up until I was comfortable enough with signing and driving my car off the lot. Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

I needed a Ford dealership to take care of a couple of recall notices on a 2023 Bronco I purchased used from a non Ford dealership a year ago. I had received a brochure from Hawk Ford in St.Charles, Illinois, and decided to give them a try. To make a long story short, customer service arranged for a pickup of my vehicle at my home the very next day as well as a more than reasonable time frame for the repair, and then delivered my vehicle back to my home about a half hour ahead of the originally scheduled time frame. Because of the fact that I needed recall repair work, there was no charge for either the pickup and delivery, or the actual repairs.The courtesy and customer service extended to me actually left.me speechless. All I have left to say is, I now have a Ford dealership I can rely on. Thanks again Hawk Ford.

We have only had our vehicle for a short time but it meets and exceeds our expectation. We purchased the limited model due to the reduced noise inside of the vehicle
