We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

I been doing business with Wright dodge ever since they opened and they are the best. Jeff Baker and his staff are awesome. The service department is great and always takes care of my vehicles . I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

WOWIE ZOWIE! What can I say! Being wheelchair bound always adds an additional layer of concern that a job is done properly, efficiently and timely. All were accomplished to my satisfaction last Saturday. My driver side window experienced a broken cable and was stuck in the down position. I called Wright and was told that service was open til 6:00pm on Friday's. I pulled in at 5:30pm and was greeted by Cameron. "How are you today Mr. Philp"? I asked how did you know it was me? She replied, "Your windows down". Daa. After transitioning to my Wheelchair and disconnecting the hand controls the van was theirs. Saturday morning I was notified that they had found the part they needed. Had it picked up and the job complete by 2:00 that afternoon. The van was delivered to me (a great asset!) all washed up and clean. Great job to all!! Also a follow up call by Cameron is a nice touch. Kudos to all!

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍
