I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

It's a nice vehicle. Roomy. Great features. The trunk has a lot of food. Lots of head room and leg room. Would recommend this vehicle.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

1-12-24 After looking a couple of months for a decent used car (Either poor quality or unwilling to negotiate), I remembered this used car dealership (I lived in The Hocking Hills for 35 years). Upon doing a Google Search, I found a couple of cars that I was interested in. I made the trip there from Chillicothe. I was greeted by the owner, Derrick, and salesperson Lya (Leah). I conducted a very thorough inspection of the 2 vehicles that I was interested in, and took both for a test drive. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with 130,000 miles on it that was in my price range. Both cars spoke for themselves, but Derrick and Lya did not hesitate to point out the minor flaws that each vehicle had. To say the least this was a very good experience for me. Nowadays who points out a flaw in a vehicle? From the time that I arrived on the lot, during the paperwork, until I left the lot, Derrick and Lya were very professional, well mannered, and respectful. I gave Fred Wolfe Automotive a 5 star rating only because I couldn't give it a 6-10. Are you looking for a decent used car at a affordable price? Check Fred Wolfe Automotive out. You won't be disappointed. Please don't be turned away by their hours because they are not set in stone. I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

We were very impressed with our experience buying our new Rogue. The salesman, Kyle Dillar and his manager were very easy to work with and willing to negotiate the initial asking price. They offered us more than what we expected for our trade in. They made us both feel valued and respected. We hope to deal with them again in the future.

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

We found a vehicle online and visited the dealership to check it out. The salesperson was very helpful and allowed us to negotiate a fair price on the trade-in and car in which we were interested. One hint though: if you use the online method make sure you read the fine print on the price listed.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. With my highest recommendation I say YES I give Don Wood CDJR my gratitude and thanks. I am huge fan of their product. IMO their product isn't the cars and trucks they represent/sell, it is the humanity with which they do business and the genuine person to person interaction. It is meaningful. If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.
