Good experience overall. Very easy to purchase a new vehicle. The only gripe I have is the vehicle was brand new but it was a little dirty inside. It had about 20 miles on it, I?m guessing test drivers got it dirty? I recently purchased a RAV4 (new) for my wife and the Toyota dealership made it perfectly clean before we left. Less a grip, more a suggestion for improvement. They were really really friendly. They didn?t try and sell me any extra crap which was really nice.

It was zero pressure from the start unlike typical dealerships when you inquire about a vehicle. Mike held the vehicle for us for a week until we could make the trip, which is pretty much unheard of.
