My sales associate, Isaac Oliva, really set the tone from the very beginning. I reached out with a simple email about a vehicle I was interested in, and he responded quickly and clearly with no pressure. He helped me set up an appointment, and that initial interaction is what made me feel comfortable enough to go in. Once I arrived, it only got better. Isaac was patient, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything in a way that made sense and never tried to push or upsell me. It truly felt like he was on my side throughout the entire process. I also want to acknowledge the management team behind the scenes. I didn?t meet them directly, but I could tell they were working to help make a deal that actually fit my situation. They considered what I needed, and that meant a lot. On the finance side, Braylon Boudreaux deserves credit. That part of buying a car is usually stressful, but he made it surprisingly easy. He was personable, professional, clear, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood exactly what I was choosing. Before coming here, I walked out of two other dealerships because the experience felt dismissive and draining. Grand Prairie Ford was the complete opposite. It says online the 2020 has recalls but if u want the truth type in your vin number and see if yours does even have any recalls or anything cuz my does not and Its a 2020 3 cylinder turbo inline engine and Its a tank def not a evoboom or anything even close to that it's been great and continues to be a great buy at 8 grand I got the best deal in guna find for this gem in a dark gray and nice interior design

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

The whole experience was quite quick and everyone was friendly. The Salesperson answered all my questions and also showed me a few things I did not know about the truck. Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I will definitely buy from here again if the opportunity arises in the future! Thank you

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

They were prompt,polite and professional. Every step of the process was good even enjoyable.

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

My salesman was very patient with me. I asked a ton of questions because there was so much about the vehicle that differed from my 2013 Suburban. I suppose, if I were not such a Luddite, I would have found many of these things obvious. As it was, we didn't explore the engine bay. My age and under-hood vehicle complexity have pretty much made my access here a waste of time. The salesman balanced the time spent on each element and provided me with a reasonably good understanding of each. However, I still spend time digging through the owner's manual, after the buy, trying to grasp the fine points of various elements.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

I had a genuinely great experience working with Madison. He was super straightforward from the beginning and made the entire process stress-free. When I wasn’t comfortable with the price, he did everything he could to meet me where I could afford without making me feel pressured. He even took the time to walk me through budgeting tips and helped me understand what I could realistically manage. You don’t find that type of honesty and care everywhere. Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

Well, my wife cant get over the fact that town eastford has had her car for 3 months and they just dont let us know updates,should I request them to buy it back and buy a different vehicle,let the public decide

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

Christy B is wonderful. My wife Mona and I chose EchoPark for our daughter Juanita’s first experience getting a car. Christy is very knowledgeable and multitasks well. She explains the ins and outs very clearly. We most definitely will be back. Our experience has been great. She even took pictures of us with a bow on the car. Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.

Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

I purchased this vehicle in December 2014 with 66K miles on it and the 5.4L V-8.. I immediately serviced my Expedition with AMSOIL products. With the exception of normal maintenance items (Brakes, spark plugs etc.), this vehicle has been entirely trouble free. have had ZERO maintenance issues, check engine lights, etc. on this truck at all, and 5+ years later it now has 221K miles. Mostly road miles between my home and in Flagler County and my shop in Ocala, and my daughters home in Pensacola. Average gas mileage was between 18-20mpg without a tow load, 15-16mpg with a tow load. Not bad for a large SUV. I just recently purchased a 2014 Navigator with 70K miles and also the 5.4L. Other than being a stickler for routine maintenance, this vehicle has not been babied in any way. The dependability of this engine and drive train has been second to none in my experience, which is why I purchased this SUV as it is the last year of the 5.4L. I have classic cars and towed them with my Expedition. Great towing vehicle as well. Of course, it is all about how folks take care of their vehicles, but I have nothing but praise for the 2014 Expedition. So if you are looking for a large SUV I don't feel you can go wrong with a Ford Expedition.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.
