2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

2017 Ford Edge review
If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

2021 Ford Escape review
I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2020 Ford Expedition review
Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

2021 Ford Bronco review
I have had my Bronco for a year. I got it for MSRP which was cheaper then a comparable Jeep. Great value. The ride and handling of my Bronco is amazing. It is great for long trips because its so comfortable. The turbo 4cyl is more then enough power and is averaging 23 MPG's. Two thumbs up on this Ford!!

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2020 Ford Explorer review

2007 Ford Edge review
Overall had been an excellent vehicle. Owned since 2010. Had to replace the drivetrain 3 yrs ago and now I believe the transmission is a problem. 142000 miles on it and might have to let it go but will probably get a newer one.

2021 Ford Expedition review
Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2021 Ford Bronco review
I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

2014 Ford Edge review
One of the best cars I have owned. I have the 2014 Edge Sport model. I still have it. Traded in a Mercedes for it! It handles like a sports car with the 22 inch rims, is has great pickup and all the amenities I could want like the Mercedes. Also, no mechanical problems to date 2022! Highly recommend.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Karl made scheduling my service appointment for my side-view mirror easy. He listened to my concerns and found a time that worked best for me to get my vehicle to the shop to be inspected. Before contacting me with the repair details, Karl connected with the shop to obtain an anticipated date for when the part could be ordered and delivered, along with the pricing, allowing me to plan accordingly. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew Wray Ford was using quality parts and nothing that would be considered after-market. When I arrived at the Service Department, Karl was waiting on the sidewalk to greet and check in customers coming with their vehicles. Although I had visited the shop previously, Karl ensured I knew where to go after checking in my vehicle. He also remembered when I planned to arrive and told me he had already scheduled my trip home. He said Curtis Luce would be driving me home. After walking through the Service Department door, Amanda Stone was behind the counter, greeting everyone with a huge smile, gracious attitude, and a warm welcome. It was not my first trip to Wray Ford, yet Amanda always makes everyone walking through the door feel part of the Wray Ford Family. The atmosphere is welcoming, the TV is on, and refreshments are available. She doesn't just sit behind the counter and stare; she engages with you. She exhibits the same attitude when you call the service department. I have never noticed if she's having a down day during my visits because she happily makes you and those around her her focus. Shortly after taking a seat, Karl opened the door to tell me Curtis was ready to drive me home. The wait was less than five minutes, which was great. Once the shuttle vehicle door opened, Curtis greeted me with a smile and a wonderful personality. He had taken time to warm the vehicle before picking me up since it was cold that morning. He asked if there was a particular radio station I wanted to listen to and alerted me to my ETA. During our drive, we exchanged pleasant conversations. It felt like I was riding with a friend. I felt extremely comfortable. Plus, he drove very cautiously. He also bragged about how much he enjoys working at Wray Ford alongside his teammates, which supported my opinions about Karl and Amanda. When we arrived at my house, Curtis said he would likely see me again once my vehicle was ready because he would drive over in a separate vehicle to pick up Mr. Reggie after he returned my car. Once my car was ready, I received a call from Karl and an emailed copy of my invoice so I could review the breakdown before submitting my payment. Afterward, Karl said I would receive a phone call about the scheduled delivery of my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Mr. Reggie. He was delightful and pleased to assist me with the return of my car. It was not my first time dealing with Mr. Reggie. He was just as nice the very first time I met him. When he arrived, we exchanged nice pleasantries and laughter about the day. I cannot say it enough. Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie made my service trip easy, timely, and peaceful. Thank you all so very much for being so wonderful.
2024 Ford Escape review
Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??
