My 19 year old son and I purchased a car here. My son called and let Steve Azara know he was going to come by to see a ?27 Honda Civic. It had been snowing heavily for days. Steve had the car cleaned off, warmed up, and waiting out front when we arrived. Steve treated questions from both myself and my son with respect, honesty, and kindness. Seeing as we were purchasing it as co-owners, that was much appreciated (other dealers seemed to only talk to one of us and ignore the other). The process of buying was quick, easy, and organized. The car was also beautifully detailed. It was our first time at Bob Maxey and we were so pleased. We will recommend all my family and friends looking for used vehicles.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

He welcomed us both with helpful information for our test drive, but he was not at all pushy. Steve took time to make sure our questions were answered fully and made sure to speak to both of us as co-owners. Other dealers tended to speak only to my son (the driver) or me (the one providing more money). We both left feeling respected. Steve was able to get us quickly approved for a good deal on the loan. Purchasing went smoothly and was very organized. The car was detailed beautifully. My son and I were super pleased. We had never been to Bob Maxey previously, but will now highly recommend it to family and friends.
