We just bought a car at Mt Kisco Lexus Darcar. The sales associate, Jose De La Cruz, was top notch. If you shop there, make sure you ask for him. The dealership has its quirks for sure, but it's a good place to buy a car, and Jose will be on your side.

I have purchased or leased three (3) vehicles from Dana. In an industry that is often maligned or misrepresented I had the distinct pleasure od interacting with Mr. John Daly. Mr. Day is a consummate professional with broad and comprehensive knowledge of his profession. I use the word "profession" simply because with representatives like Mr. Daly, the perception and status of the vehicle sales business is raised to the level or a true profession. As an attorney, I interact with people on every level on a daily basis. In the often confusing and even stressful word of vehicle purchase, Mr. Daly exhibited the calm professional knowledge, courtesy and demeanor that made MY purchase a pleasure! Always friendly and honest service. I bought a CPO Escape from Stamford Ford a number of years ago. There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!

I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

Everyone was nice and communicated well. It was easy to work in the service lounge and I enjoyed the coffee there. I would schedule more service here in the future.
