My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases.

I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.

I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

After car shopping for 3 weeks and making no progress we were getting exhausted. We dealt with pushy, high-pressure salesmen, salesmen that knew less than me about their cars, and salesmen who didn't seem to have enough energy to get out of their own way. Then we decided to head toward Philly and stopped by Fred Beans on a whim. They had the perfect car, but that's just luck. The salesman we had was outstanding from the moment we sat down and made sure everything was perfect for us. We had a lot of fun talking and joking, but when it came time to do business everyone was eager to work with us to make sure the deal fit our budget and needs. We ended up driving home a CPO car and couldn't be happier. Everyone as Fred Beans was miles ahead of the dozen other dealerships we visited and we'll be happy to drive out of our way to buy from them again.
