Visit was due a recall. The initial contact with Michael Nabinger was friendly, warm and professional. He advised me what would take place, asked for my info, then asked if there was anything further he could do on this visit. He gave me a time frame for the work to be done, and was spot on. This was the easiest service visit to date. Would take it back for any future service.

I use the word "profession" simply because with representatives like Mr. Daly, the perception and status of the vehicle sales business is raised to the level or a true profession. As an attorney, I interact with people on every level on a daily basis. This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

I took a three hour drive from CT and met up with Mike And we had a great time talking card and driving a classic Fiat!! This may have been the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership sales dept! And coming from one who's been in automotive customer survive my entire life that says a lot! It’s is a great minivan that can either be used for a family, work or/both . It has a clean title and is in great condition. I’m selling it because I need to down size .

Car was nice with exception of the high price and rusty rotors. It was just previously washed before seeing it. Made it hard to see if there were any flaws. It is about $10-12,000 more than it's worth.

I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

This was the 1st time I had dealt with Torch Light Motors and it was a great experience. Everything that was advertised was on the money. I would certainly recommend Torch light Motors if you wanted to buy a used car. Very honest and upfront with everything. Very happy to give a 5 star rating and will be letting everyone I know that if they want to buy a used car to give them a go. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the perfect van for my large family. Comfortable, stylish, and easy to drive. More than enough space for passengers and all our stuff!
