Javanie Rickards is an outstanding sales representative at Potamkin Hyundai. He delivered exceptional service and was consistently patient and responsive. What began as a semi-serious cold call to the dealership turned into a two-and-a-half-week conversation during which he answered all of my many questions through personal calls and texts. I purchased my Tucson Hybrid sight unseen, but Javanie provided detailed videos that gave me complete confidence in both the vehicle and the transaction. He also shared key information that helped me decide on choosing a hybrid. Since I didn’t have a trade-in, he even delivered the car directly to my home—an extra step that truly stood out. We recently purchased a used truck from Billy Cain Ford in Commerce. I usually despise the car buying process with all of its high pressure tactics and the feeling that you are being tricked. Pierce and Jason never once pressured us or made us feel like we were being tricked. They were friendly, helpful, honest, open and forthright with every step of the process and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. We were not able to come up with a deal. The dealership was firm on their asking price. Although a few days later they did reach out to say that they had dropped the price, unfortunately I had already completed a deal with another dealership.

Bought a car from this place about 18 months ago. Leaving a review now because I am looking for another car and immediately checked their inventory to see what they have on the lot and I realized I never left them a review before. So, let me say that while this place doesn't look like much from the road, they have very nice, exceptionally clean, high-end vehicles. The whole process of shopping and buying there was delightful compared to the big dealerships we visited. No pressure, no hassles, no "check with the manager" crap. Best of all their prices beat everyone else in the area. Sadly, I am not seeing what I'm looking for today on their website. But I will continue to check because I would definitely return and purchase from them again (and I live 3 hours away). So if you're looking for a clean, high quality, used car at a good price - without high pressure sales people - this is the place. Ask for Ali!
